Shipping policy
Free UK delivery on every order. Shipping is included in the price of all canvas prints delivered within the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Production time
We begin work on your order within 24 hours of receiving your photo. Production typically takes 2–3 business days. Custom and personalised pieces are printed and hand-stretched to order.
Dispatch and delivery
- Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of production completing.
- UK delivery takes a further 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- From order to delivery, most UK customers receive their canvas within about a week. Ordering 1–2 weeks before an occasion allows comfortable margin.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery addresses
We recommend a street address rather than a PO box so your parcel can be tracked. If you need delivery to a PO box, contact us before ordering and we will check the options for your order.
Delivery outside the UK
For delivery outside the United Kingdom, the destinations and shipping options available for your country are shown at checkout. If your country is not offered at checkout, email sales@evoartprints.com and we will confirm whether we can deliver to your address.
